If you’re confused about the Road to Llano blocks, here are the blocks you need to make. However you turn them, or get to this point, this is what you need.
This first block has the four corners all the same. Make 6.
The second block has one corner different. Make 10.
The third block has two corners different. Make 4.
Not to cause confusion but it doesn’t matter if you put the blocks together by sewing the bottom third (plain corner to background square to the corner with the lavender at the end). It doesn’t matter if you turn it sideways and sew a corner with lavender at the end to a background square to a corner with lavender on the end and them for the other side of the block, it would be two plain corners with a background square in the middle.
However you need to sew it to get the number of blocks shown . . it all comes out the same in the end. It’s one of those examples of more than one way to do something but the end result is what matters.
