I don’t have time in my schedule right now to do this quilt, but I wanted to comment about how nice and clear your drawings and instructions are.

i am so excited to finally get to start this today. i had a huge court thing yesterday, and now that that boulder is off my back, i got to seriously think of fabrics.
i dont have lots of larger yardage in my stash so it is always a struggle to make a quilt that is not going to be scrappy just from my stash. i think i finally got it right in choosing the fabrics today that will work in a nice way for this pattern.
for fabric number 4 i am using a busy mary engelbriet fabric for my last border and black/cheeries for the rest of that color and hoping that will work.
for the black (5) i am using a variety of reds, for #1 marys goldy yellow, #2 is white, and 3 is blue. i think i am going to bind it in a nice mary green with white polka dots. this is going to be a really happy and fun quilt. i am really happy that my brain got to settle on the more pelasant things in life–fabric, quilts, and peace ;o)
off to the downstairs to get cutting and stitching…..surely i will get steps one and two done this weekend easily…..
