These three magazines came in Friday and I still haven’t had the time to open even one of them.
Pretty easy to see where my interests are this time of year. I love all three of these magazines so much and am hoping to get to bed at a decent hour tonight with at least one of these and read a bit before falling asleep.

Oh, I love sweet potatoes. And heirloom tomatoes. Oops, I forgot. I’m trying to break my addiction to food. I’ll just get my sourdough starter started and live on bread and water. And butter. And chocolate. That seems to be where my interest lies tonight. Tomorrow might be a different story. Happy reading.

I subscribe to all 3 and they are good issues this month. I also love Mother Earth Living. BTW, I got another box from El Cajon,Ca. I’ll send pics tomorrow.

I wonder if there is a California Gardener. I’ll have to get that Mother Earth for DH. No Stash Report? Hmmm. Love your completed quilts, Judy.

ah yes, Mother Earth News. I remember their early years when the magazine was published on the kitchen table, and later when they offered their first-ever lifetime subscriptions. Between that magazine and Organic Gardening magazine we learned how to make raised beds and grow all sorts of good stuff in the ’80’s.

Oh my gosh! I used to read Mother Earth News back in the early days, when it was still published on pulp paper. They had such good articles!
