For the most part, I prefer to use recipes that do not include additional yeast but sometimes there’s a recipe I like that does include added yeast. This is a roll recipe that I like – Buttery Sourdough Rolls. Instead of making a whole batch of dinner rolls, I split the dough in half and make half dinner rolls and half cinnamon rolls.
Good bloggers do not forget to take photos before eating half the rolls.

This recipe could easily be used to make any kind of roll. There’s only a hint of sour to the recipe so it works well for dinner rolls or sweet rolls.

I don’t know. The photo of partially eaten rolls kinda gives me the idea they were so good you couldn’t wait to eat them! =) Both kinds sound so good.
