The first top quilted on my longarm was . .
Indigo
For a brief moment, I thought of putting on some plain fabric and practicing on that . . first time I used the new machine with new switches and a new rolling system but then I said . . no . . I’m putting on a quilt and getting a top quilted. It turned out great. The machine is so easy to use!
And, if you’ll notice, it’s a different panto. I used a different panto! This is not Square Spiral by Keryn Emmerson. You didn’t think I could do it, did you? When Shirley bought my Millennium, she said “Do I get THAT panto?” I said no . . but I’ll buy you a brand new one and have it sent to your house . . and I did . . and I hope she loves it as much as I do.
Indigo is now #14 in the “to be bound” stack.

I will be glad to help you do the binding. I don’t do the whole binding on the machine, I hand sew it down on the back. Binding is one of my favorite parts. I do it in the car and when we watch baseball at night. I am going to be in your neighborhood in a couple of weeks and would love to help you out.
