Do you have your fabric picked out for the Road to Round Rock project? Don’t forget to download the chart and cut your little snippets and paste or tape them to the chart. This helps me tremendously, especially when my fabrics are so different from those shown on the chart.

Don’t let all my numbers confuse you. The numbers on the left are the requirements. Since I’m working out of the stash, the numbers on the right show how much fabric I am starting with. There was a comment the other day about how close Electric Quilt fabric requirements are to the actual requirements. I’ve found them to be quite accurate in EQ6. Once this top is finished, I’ll measure the leftovers and then I can report back exactly how close the EQ fabric requirements are to the actual usage.
This new Quilt Along will start on March 16 and will run for about a month. It’s a really easy quilt! Please join us if you can.

The fabric has arrived, but a couple of them are not quite the right fabrics. I’ve been under the weather. If I can get out and actually buy the right fabrics, I’ll join in. If not, I will pass.
