When I was thinking of orange juice as an ingredient, the first recipe that popped into my head was this one – Carnitas. This is very similar to the recipe I use and I love to make a huge batch of these and make tamales . . which I need to do before it gets too hot to spend a whole day cooking.
This is truly one of those fix and forget it meals.
At this point, I could eat the meat by the handful!
There’s so much you can do with this meat.

I use almost that same recipe, but I use canned pineapple jucie instead!

That’s different from our Carnitas recipe, too. I make homemade pico de gallo to go with it.
