After finally finding those illusive Ramen Noodles, here’s our dinner:
Black eyed pea cornbread, cabbage/ramen noodle salad, and my version of “Mexican Meets Cajun” Posole. Yum! It was all so good. It’s no wonder we need to lose weight . . I love my cooking! 🙂

I love the cabbage/ramen noodle salad! I just made it for a family gathering on Sunday and half way into dinner I hear, ”Karin, there’s a problem! Your salad is all gone!” LOL

I love cooking too, but somehow DH doesn’t gain anything and I do…so unfair…… he weighs the same as 32 years ago… me not so much..

Your Oriental Salad looks so different from mine. I use a package of cole slaw mix (with carrots) so I don’t have to cut cabbage.
