Really . . don’t try to talk me out of it.
Both are Wollmeise Twin which is 80% Superwash Merino and 20% handgefarbt. Hmmm . . I think that means nylon. The green is Grunfink and the purple is Lavendel.
I will be showing pictures of my project here so if you’re doing it as a mystery and don’t want to see mine, I’ll put “West Mystery” in the title so you can just skip right over it!

Love your choice! Beautiful colors.

Handgefarbt means hand-colored, so that tag doesn’t really make sense.

Beautiful colors you’ve chosen. I’m watching an Interweave DVD by Laura Bryant, “A Knitter’s Guide to Color”. She starts with the three primary colors and then launches into color theory extravaganza. I’m learning a lot (but I did start with kindergarten color knowledge). I can’t wait to try some of the things she suggests.

Excellent choice – they will look great together. I got started on mine last night and made some good progress.

Tha Label says that there is 80% Superwash Merino, 20% PA (means Polyamyide) and handgefärbt means that it is hand-dyed. I wish you much fun knitting these up. I want to knit a shawl for some time now and hopefully will do it this winter 😉 although it makes more sende to knit it before the winter!

Kristin is right. It means hand dyed.
