Bigger surprise — today we’ll continue making flying geese using Fabrics 1 and 6. Follow the instructions from yesterday and try to get 30 flying geese done. You should have 72 done after today, right?
Set these aside. I prefer to put them in a zipper bag and then keep them all in a box or tote of some kind. That way if I get sidetracked and don’t get to finish as planned, all the pieces stay together and it’s easier to pick up where I left off when I can get back to this project.

i’m half way there. i have all 72 of the right hand backgrounds sewn on and pressed to the center triangles, and all of the 72 left hand backgrounds cut.
putting the rest of them on won’t be a problem. i’ll start pinning tonight so they’ll be ready to sew tomorrow.

when I look at the picture you posted I noticed your fabric covers the blue measure lines….is this the way I should measure? I have been going from the inside lines…maybe why my measurements are off…thanks
