Cows must be real smart. They like us a lot! 🙂 OK. Maybe it’s the treats they like.
As soon as Vince gets home, here they come.
They stand out at the edge of the fence and mooooo and mooooo and sometimes Vince goes out and gets treats for them.
They eat, and beg for more. We go in the house and they walk off . . once they’re absolutely sure there are no more treats to be had.

I love this post. We have cows and horses in a pasture that adjoins our land too. Such a peaceful sight and wonderfully welcome visitors… our grandchildren just LOVE it when they come to visit. Have a great day, Judy!

I love this! Cows are so smart and it looks like they have Vince very well trained. 🙂

They do have little calves, maybe the moms will get some relief now! Do you think the cows will make the deer stay away? Have a fun weekend!!
Quilter Kathy says

I told you….they line up…buffet style…for treats. ours did that, too. you could probably call them and they would come. i moo’d at them….sort of a ….mooooo..cow…..and they came running. LOL just be careful…sometimes they run so fast they can’t stop and run right into the fence and knock it down….don’t ask how i know this.

Vince must have read the comments about snakes and other critters. Nice shoes/socks Vince!

I’d be clueless about what kind of treats cows like. What DO they like for treats?
Toni in TN says
Oh my, new pets at the ranch!!

Glad to see the cows have got Vince organised;-))
Also happy to see Vince is celebrating St Patrick’s Day by wearing a GREEN Tshirt (I know he doesn’t have many shirts that colour) and acknowledging his Irish forebears because with a name like Laquidara, he must have some of the Blarney in him, right!?!?
From half Irish Lizzy!
Becky in VA says
What kind of cows are these?
Sharon Spingler says
Put up a salt lick and they will never leave.

Judy I love your cow pics, especially the one’s that include Vince giving them treats! Did you know that cows are my favs? I live on a horse ranch but there are cows on the property next door. I always start my day by opening my bedrm blinds to see those cows with their sweet faces. I’m curious ~ what type of treats are you giving your cows? Thanx, Penny in So Cal

We use to have cows behind us and we oved all the noises they made – the land was sold and now we have 300 houses. What a shame – enjoy your cows and be thankful you own all that land. Judy C
