Today we’ll make some half square triangles. Please use your favorite method. Since I didn’t need a bazillion of these, I just made them by cutting the squares 1″ larger than the finished size of the half square triangles and trimmed them to the correct size. Do whatever suits you!
These will need to be 3-1/2″ unfinished or 3″ finished.
4. Using Fabric 3 (dark yellow) and Fabric 6 (dark green), make 24 half square triangles.
5. Using Fabric 3 (dark yellow) and Fabric 7 (purple), make 12 half square triangles.
6. Using Fabric 6 (dark green), cut 12 – 3-1/2″ squares.
7. Using Fabric 3 (dark yellow), cut 12 – 3-1/2″ squares.
8. Using Fabric 5 (medium green), cut 24 – 3-1/2″ squares.
9. Using Fabric 7 (purple), cut 6 – 3-1/2″ squares.

Yikes! I’m behind. I didn’t get part one done yet. Maybe I can get it done this weekend while you are bridge hunting. Then I won’t be behind.

Somehow I missed part 1!! Where did it go? Can I find it still? Thanks. I love this quilt.
