I dunno, Cynthia, I really love that “flied lice” that the Japanese places make! It’s got tons of some kinda grease, garlic, scrambled eggs, and no tellin’ what else. I’m sure there’s plenty of calories in that yummy stuff!

RICE! I love it with Milk and sugar on it, mixed in with my Chinese food, and in cassaroles with lots of yummy fattening stuff.
I’m not sure exactly where to find it online, but the head of the Washington Potato Commission ate nothing but potatoes for 60 days and lost over 17 pounds – just recently.
I am definitely loosing weight. I am eating rice several times a week but eating with chopsticks. Since coming to Japan I have been eating primarily native Japanese food. and have gotten pretty good with chopsticks.

LOL, my kiddos eat Ranch dressing on their rice, lol. I’m not sure that’s a low calorie way to do it, but they love it.
