Are you sick of hearing about the new blog yet? I’m pretty tired of working with it. Today I did get the June Mystery clues posted back on the sidebar. For those who wanted all the categories available, if you go all the way to the bottom of the page, you’ll see this:
There’s a drop down menu for the categories and it shows them all . . cooking, family, home and garden, quilting, tutorials and worthless chatter. If you click on “cooking” down there, you’re going to get the exact same thing you get when clicking on “cooking” at the top. There’s just not enough room for them all at the top and I tried to choose the most popular ones to add at the top.
You can always go to the sidebar and see the “search” box? You can put in anything you’re searching for there and hopefully bring it up.
There will be more changes so please be patient. We will get it right.

Hey Judy, if you could program some cool weather for us next week that would really be appreciated!
(well i figured it would be worth a try anyway, LOL)

Judy, I love the blue. It’s the same blue our bedroom is painted. The only thing I request is to keep it simple to view the archives. I’m constantly looking up your recipes. BTW, koodos for tossing Vince’s green shirt. Geez, I know he has something else in the closet….He tickles me, he’s like my hubby. Takes care of everything and could care less as to what he looks like. They’re keepers, though… Do you have a recipe for figs besides jam? I’ve got a ton of figs and peaches.

You know, the recent changes you’ve made since the new look are good and I like the look much better. I thought it was me so was trying to adjust but it was kind of hard to read. Sometimes we just have to accept change and adjust so I was trying to do that.
I think we just get used to a look and change takes away the comfort factor. We want you back sewing and quilting.

It takes time to tweak it all until it’s just the way you want it. I absolutely love the new logo! I also reallly like the orange text, but the red looks nice as well.
Why don’t you move the advertising down below your links? The BlogHer ad especially, as it’s large and you have to scroll a bit to get to the “welcome” section.
