While Mom was working on binding one night, I finished up the little 3″ nine patches. This isn’t all of them but I made 124 of these rascals. This top is now finished and in the To Be Quilted pile. I think it was worth all the effort of making those little nine patches!

Oh how I am so excited to read that you got them and love them…! and yes, I do remmeber you telling me back in October NOT to send you a package of the blenders from the buy in I organized…. so I didn’t ((in October))) heheheh instead I waited and just did it anyway!
and I am glad to hear that you and Jack are getting to know one another right off the bat… 😉 doesn’t that clover seam ripper jsut feel right?
oh and if you feel you need more of the “Quilter’s Choice Marbled Blenders” there are more colors… we only picked 16 of them for the buyin… just let me know and I can point you to where to find them from Granny’s Attic.. I thought they felt so good and were great quality for the price! 😉
I am so excited you already have a quilt in mind to use them for – and one that will be in your NEXT BOOK at that!!! woooo hooo! I can’t wait to tell Granny’s Attic! she will be as excited as I am! 🙂
Love from Texas! ~bonnie

I love nine patch quilts but I’m trying not to start something new until I finish up 2 tops I’m in the middle of piecing, unfortunately I keep putting off working on them. I’m going to quilt some this weekend so I’ll check in to see what you’re up to with your quiltathon.
