One of the ladies made this Pumpkin Dip for the get together Saturday night and it was so good. She served it with Ginger Snaps and the Honey Maid Graham Cracker type sticks. I would have been perfectly happy to have eaten the entire dish all by myself but I exercised a bit of self restraint. I did come home and make a batch for us. It is so good . . you must try it!
The recipe calls for a tablespoon or two of orange juice concentrate. Kelly didn’t use it in hers and I didn’t use it in mine and it tasted just fine without it.

I have made this a few times (without the OJ, and without the extra cinnamon) and love it!
However, I was checking the Internet for the recipe recently, and saw a suggestion to use MUCH less sugar. This blogger felt that you couldn’t taste the pumpkin, and used something like a half-cup. I think I’ll try that next time (you can always add more).

I’d add a little more juice and drizzle over a spice cake!

I know what you mean about the cleaning. I always find myself cleaning everything instead of concentrating on what’s going to be seen……LOL……..All that food sounds yummy. I love all the wonderful smells…it makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Have a great holiday.
