Kentucky! I’m in Louisville for a few days! Last night I had some time to visit with Angela and her triplets. They came by the hotel and the kids played in the pool while Angela and I visited. Angela is a quilter, and she has a Millennium and she’s also a new APQS dealer so we had plenty to chat about . . not that either of us ever run out of things to say — quilt related or not. Here are her kids in the pool. I met Angela when her triplets were probably 3 years old but I had never met the kids. Aren’t they adorable? Can you imagine having triplets? I cannot!
Tuesday I was in Indiana and was able to meet with Nancy and spend some time working with her on her new Millennium. It was after 9 p.m. before I finished up other commitments and was able to get to Nancy’s house so we played with her machine til about 11:30 p.m. and then she brought me back to my hotel. It was a long day for me but such a fun day.
Can you tell that Nancy’s quilting room is lime green? What good taste she has, huh?
Nancy works at my favorite quilt shop – Village Mercantile – so I’ve known her for quite a while too. In fact, I did quilting for Nancy until she got her own Millennium.
How much fun can a girl have traveling across 3 states spending time with quilters?
