Kitchen Adventure

Want to take a little cooking adventure with me?  I’m often asked how I get so much done.  One thing is I plan out everything and have a list and stay on track (sometimes!).  Everything I cook is planned and I know what I’m going to do with all the leftovers.  I would go nuts if I woke up some morning and didn’t have a clue what I was cooking for dinner.

Over on my Lime Green Kitchen blog, I’ve posted a menu which I’ve called Menu Plan #1.  I also posted a grocery list, recipes and a list of things which need to be done each day.  The grocery list is not meant to be an all inclusive list of everything you need for the week.  If you decide to follow along on this adventure, check the recipes posted and see if there are other things you need.  I assume most kitchens have sugar and flour, etc.

Each recipe posted is something we’ve had over and over.  Even if you think you don’t like capers or you don’t like eggplant or you don’t like broccoli . . try it!  You might be surprised.

If you take this adventure with me, please let me know how it works out for you.
