One of my longarm buddies, Gina, posted this soup recipe earlier in the week. I made it yesterday and oh, it is so good! The best part was finishing off that bottle of wine after opening it. Thanks Gina for including that step in the directions! We had a bottle (several, in fact) of the “Two Buck Chuck“, which I like so I opened a bottle of that and had a glass or two. They were small glasses! 🙂 Then Vince got home and . . we now have one less bottle of wine!
We had toasted cheese sandwiches made on homemade bread, fresh from the oven. Good eatin’ on a cold, snowy night!
